    Arrive at Gothenburg, pick up your rental car, and drive north along the Bohuslän coast. Optional detour to Marstrand to see 1658 Carlsten Fortress. Arrive in Ljungskile on Byfjord for a 4-night stay. Dist: ~87 km |

    Drive: ~1.5h

    Overnight: Ljungskile.

    Pilane – Härön – Skärhamn

    Explore Pilane Sculpture Park (“Anna” by Plensa). Ferry from Kyrkesund to protected Härön for coastal hiking. Return to mainland for Skärhamn’s Nordic Watercolour Museum (art by Dalí, Zorn, Lerin). Dist: ~110 km |
