Breakfast at hotel. Drive south across Senja to harbor (~48 km, ~1–1.5 hrs), leave car, and take short boat transfer to Tranøya Island.
Explore historic former vicarage farm: 250-year-old wooden church, rectory museum, Viking graves, and boathouse ruins.
Activities: hiking, ocean swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking (exp. required), and local food/waffles. Overnight on Tranøya Island.
Breakfast at hotel. Boat transfer back to main island. Drive south with optional stop at Ånderdalen National Park for a 12 km round-trip hike (~4–5 hrs, 200m elevation) through birch/pine forests to Åndervatnet Lake.

Drive: ~37 km (~1 hr ex. hiking). Overnight in Southern Senja.
